Dosage:

1 Capsule one time a day (one after breakfast and another after dinner) with warm milk or plain water regularly for 3 to 4 months to get satisfactory result.

Product Ingredients:

  • Ashwagandha (Withania somnifera) Root: Ashwagandha has many significant benefits, but is best known for its powerful adaptogenic properties, meaning that it helps mind and body adapt better to stress. It nourishes the nerves and improves nerve function to help you maintain calm during stressful situations.
  • Guggal (Commiphora muku) Purified gum: Ayurvedic literature is full of praises for Guggul and its divine actions, from healing bone fractures and inflammations to treating cardiovascular disease. Guggul has also been proven helpful for regulating cholesterol levels.
  • Nagarmothan (Cyperus rotundus) Tuber: Nagarmotha/mustak useful in skin diseases and diarrhea. Its tuber is used s diuretic that is it promotes expulsion of urine. Nagarmotha/mustak is also used in formulations preventing liver and lung diseases.
  • Nirgundi (Vitex nirgundo) Root: Nirgundi – Vitex negundo is a very good muscle relaxant, pain relieving herb of Ayurveda. There are very less herbs as multi-talented and as versatile as Nirgundi is. Nirgundi is an analgesic, brain tonic and alleviates vata, therefore useful in headache, sciatica, rheumatic arthritis, synovitis, improves memory.
  • Saunth (Zingiber officinale): Sonth is the powder of dried ginger root or ‘Adrak’.The taste is pungent, and the more fibrous variety has greater medicinal value than the non-fibrous ones. It is highly effective in gastric disorders such as flatulence, nausea, and indigestion. It reduces/ removes mucous and phlegm Rhizome
  • Chobchini (Smilax china) Root: It is helpful in relieving pain in the joints. It is used as sexual tonic and useful in various neurological disorders. It prevents the chances of urinary tract infection because of its anti bacterial and anti inflammatory property.
  • Chirata (Sweta cherata) Plant: Chirata is an herb. People use the parts that grow above the ground to make medicine. Some people use it as “a bitter tonic.”
  • Lasun (Alium sativum) Bulb: The anti-bacterial properties of garlic are helpful in treating cough and other throat problems. Garlic helps in releasing insulin in the body hence a diabetes patient can take one tablet or capsule of garlic daily to keep his blood sugar levels normal.
  • Shalaki (Boswelia serrata) Purified gum: Boswellia Serrata is an ancient Ayurvedic herb from India and known among herbalists as a treatment for arthritis. It is also beneficial in helping inflammation and joint health.
  • Har shingar (Nyctanthesarbortritis) leaf: Harshiangar essential oil is a highly recommended Ayurvedic medicine for treating pain and inflammatory conditions.   • Punarnava (Boerhaavia diffusa) Root: Punarnava – Boerhavia diffusa is one of the very important anti inflammatory medicinal herbs. It is well known for its diuretic and swelling reducing activities.

Main Compositions:

Amla: This herb is a considered as the single herb to cure all type of disorders present on the earth. It is a main source of natural vitamin c. It also has very important bioflavonoids, flavones and polyphenols along with certain carotenoids. It improves food digestion, food absorption and known as the best anti oxidant. Aside from Vitamin C, Amla's mineral and vitamin contents include calcium, Phosphorous, iron, carotene, carbohydrate, thiamine, riboflavin. Its strong antioxidant properties are due to its small molecular weight tannoid complexes.

In a study carried out by scientists at the Faculty of Pharmaceutical Sciences, Nagasaki University, in Japan, amla extracts were found to be able to prevent the growth of cancerous cells in the stomach, skin and womb

(Biol Pharm Bull. 2004 Feb;27(2):251-5).

Brahami: It is known as the memory booster and mind alertness promoter. It helps in decreasing anxiety and mental fatigue and promotes freshness in your mind.Brahmi (Bacopa) will also help reducing the level of tribulin, an endogenous Mono Amine Oxidase inhibitor, which is elevated in certain degrees of anxiety. Brahmi can also ameliorate some of the attention fluctuations and other behavioral problems. It possesses exhibiting anti-parkinsonian activity significantly by enhancing the dopamine post-synaptic receptor activity. In proper dosage, Brahmi also works as safe and natural sedative and tranquilizing agent and hence it offers protection against convulsions and is also beneficial in insomnia. The product helps to improve articulation and helps in correcting speech defects if used over the times

Shankhpushpi: Shankpushpi is used traditionally to treat nervous debility, insomnia, fatigue, low energy level. The whole herb is used medicinally in the form of decoction with cumin and milk in fever, nervous debility, loss of memory.

Shankhapushpi is used as a brain tonic. Is used as a tonic, alterative and febrifuge. It is a sovereign remedy in bowel complaints especially dysentery. The plant is reported to be a prominent memory improving drug. It is used as a psychostimulant and tranquilizer. It is reported to reduce mental tension. The ethanolic extract of the plant reduces total serum cholesterol, triglycerides, phospholipids and nonesterfied fatty-acid.

There is a pertinent reference in Ayurvedic literature about the use of the drug as brain tonic in hypotensive syndromes. The pharmacological studies of the herb have shown varying degree of its hypotensive and tranquilizing effects.

Clinical studies have exhibited demonstrable beneficial effects in the patients of anxiety neurosis. The herb induces a feeling of calm and peace, good sleep and a relief in anxiety, stresses, mental fatigue, producing a significant reduction in the level of anxiety, neuroticism arising due to various levels of stresses.

Clinical studies suggest that plant estrogen's are better than drugs for hormone balancing since they do not produce negative side effects such as uterine cancer. This gentle herb will promote an easier balanced life.

For men it is a nutritive tonic similar to ginseng. Because Shatavari is a gentle herb which regulates growth, is a systemic tonic, and is calming, it is considered, along with Ashwagandha and Brahami, to be excellent for children. It is also recommended for seniors because it soothes the systemic dryness which is part of the natural aging process. For post-menopausal women it is especially good when taken with a cup of saffron milk.

Jeevanti: The plant is galactogogue, cooling, nutritive, aphrodisiac, stimulant, diuretic, and eyetonic. Useful to cure eye-diseases, seminal debility, general weakness, cough, dyspnoea, fever, asthma, constipation, sore throat, and gonorrhea. Extracts of roots and leaves of the plant act as antibacterial and anti-fungal agent. It promotes health and vigour, improves voice, alleviates the three dosas vata, pitta and kapha.
