Lie down on the mat on your back. Spread your arms to a 45 degree angle, hands facing the ground. Keep your body straight. Now rotate your whole body below the neck to about 45 degree angle towards the left side. Now turn your body back to original position and then rotate your body to the right side making a 45 degree angle and then return to the original position. Continue doing it 8 to 10 times.
